A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3458 AND
3462 ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under
Ordinance No. 1089 to prepare, install, revise and maintain a posi-
tion classification plan and compensation plan covering all positions
in the competitive service:
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS :
That the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby amend
Resolution No. 3458 and 3462 as follows :
