RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE
AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS
NOS 2133, 2170 and 2186 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has con-
s1dered the administrative salary survey and all available data;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees
in any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolu-
tion;
THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby
incorporated and attached to this resolution;
THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be
effective on the 16th day of March, 1962 .
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolutions
No. 2133, 2170 and 2186 being resolutions of Salary Schedule and Com-
pensation Plan for the fiscal year 1961-62 .
