RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE
AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS
NO. 2133 , 2170, 2186, 2199, 2220, and 2226 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has con-
sidered the administrative salary survey and all available data;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes
a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the
classifications of employment provided in this resolution ;
THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby
incorporated and attached to this resolution;
THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be
effective on the 16th day of December, 1962 .
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolutions Nos .
2133 , 2170, 2186, 2199, 2220, and 2226 being resolutions of Salary
Schedule and Compensation Plan for the fiscal year 1961-62 .
