A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2301
ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under
Ordinance No. 1089 to prepare, install, revise and maintain a position
classification plan and compensation plan covering all positions in
the competitive service;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby
amend Resolution No. 2301 as follows:
Full-Time

City Manager
Assistant City Manager .5 31
City Manager 1 $1250 Flat
Senior Clerk-Stenographer 1 15
Personnel Division:
Director of Personnel .5 31
Personnel Technician .5 17
Clerk-Stenographer 1 12
