HomeMy WebLinkAbout2394_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2394 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS No. 2301, 2308, 2315, 2320, 2331, 2336, 2360, 2369, and 2382 . WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the administrative salary survey and all available data; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this res- olution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are here- by incorporated and attached to this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the 16th day of June, 1964. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolutions Nos . 2301, 2308, 2315, 2320, 2331, 2336, 2360, 2369, and 2382 being resolutions of Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan for the fiscal year 1963-64.
