RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE
AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS
Now 2394, 2405, 2409, 2416, 2429, 2435, and 2442 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has con-
sidered the administrative salary survey and all available data;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby estab-
lishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in
any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution;
THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are here-
by incorporated and attached to this resolution;
THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be
effective on the 16th day of June, 1965 .
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolutions
Nos . 2394, 2405, 2409, 2416, 2429, 2435, and 2442 being resolutions
of salary schedule and Compensation Plan for the fiscal year 1964-
65 .
