RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE
AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS
NO. 2458 and 2469.
WHEREAS® the City Council of the City of Redlands has con-
sidered the administrative salary survey and all available data;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby estab-
lishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in
any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution;
THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are here-
by .incorporated and attached to this resolution;
THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be
effective on the 16th day of October, 1965.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolutions
Nos. 2458 and 2463 being resolutions of Salary Schedule and Com-
pensation Plan for the fiscal year 1965--66 .
