RESOLUTION NO. 2608 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RE- SCINDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 2554, 2555, 2557, 2565, and 25990 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the administrative salary survey and all avail- able data; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands here- by establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the 16th day of June, 1967.
