ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPEI�,;SATION PLAN FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under
Ordinance No. 1089 to prepare, install, revise and maintain "a
Position classification plan and compensation plan covering all
positions in the competitive service;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLU,4S:
THAT, the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby
amend Resolution No. 2836 as follows:
