HomeMy WebLinkAbout2890_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2890 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RE- SCINDING RESOLUTIONS No. 2819, 2826, 2836, 2842 and 2877 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the administrative salary survey and all avail- able data: IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands here- by establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution-, THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the 16th day of June, 1971 . IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED.- THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Reso- lutlilons Nos , 2819, 2826, 2836, 2842 and 2877, being resolutions of Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan for the fiscal year 1970-71.
