2956, 2965, 3002 AND 3018 ESTABLISHINP A SALARY SCHEDULE AND

WHERWS, the City Council is autborized and directed under
Ordinance No. 1089 to prepare, install, revise and maintain a
pOsition classification plan and compensation plan covering
all positions in the competitive service;
