The City of Redlands formally requests that the agreement to provide services associated with
collection services between the City of Redlands and RSI Enterprises Inc., that was entered into
on February 16, 2021, be extended for an additional one-year term pursuant to Section 19 of the
agreement, through February 2026 as the final extension, under the same terms and conditions as
