HomeMy WebLinkAbout3127_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NQ, 3127 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN r CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RZSOLUTIMS 3052, 30SS, 30%, 3097 AND 3117 WHEREAS, the City Council Of the City of Redlands has considered the memoranda of understanding from MP!Oyee organi- zations and all available data; 1T 1S HEREBY RESCLVED,, THAT the City Counci! of the City of Redlands hereby es- tablishes a basic compensation plan for all officams and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this reso- lution''- THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution - THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the 16th day of june, 1974, 1T 1S FURTHER RESOLVED,- THAT said resolution supersedes and rescindsRssolutions Nod 3052, 3085, 3088, 3097, and 3117, being resolutions of salary schedule and compen8atic n plan for the fiscal year 1973-74.
