RESOLUTION NO. 3187 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS 3127, '3144 and 3170 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the memoranda of understanding from employee oxgani- zations and all available data: IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED-. THAT the city council of the City of Redlands hereby es- tablishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this reso- lution; 7RAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and compensation Plan shall be effective on the 16th day of June, 1975. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED; THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolutions No. 3127, 3144 and 3170, being resolutions of salary schedule and compensation plan for the fiscal year 197475.
