RESOLUTION NO. 3276 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE CITY MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING THAT PORTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 3187 PERTAINING TO MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEES, RESOLUTION NO. 3223, 3248, 3250, 3257 AND THAT PORTION OF NO. 3265 PER- TAINING TO MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the memoranda of understanding from the miscellaneous emplovee organiza- tion and all available data: IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and miscellaneous employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the 26th day of July, 1976 . IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds that portion of Resolution No. 3187 pertaining to miscellaneous employees , Resolution No. 3223, 3248, 3250, 3257 and that portion of No. 3265 pertaining to miscellaneous employees, being resolutions of salary schedule and compensation plan for the fiscal year 197576 .
