RESOLUTION NO. 3285
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 3276 ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed
under Ordinance No. 1089 to prepare, install, revise and
maintain a position classification plan and compensation
plan covering all positions in the competitive service;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Council of the City of Redlands does
hereby amend Resolution No. 3276 as follows :
Full-Time

Recreation Department
Sr. Recreation Supervisor 1 34
Secretary 1 28
Recreation Specialist 1 28
Sr. Recreation Leader 1 25
