RESOLUTION NO. 3319 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3187, 3265, 3276, 3279, 3285 , 3303, and 3313 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the memoranda of understanding from employee organiza- tions and all available data: IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the lst day of January, 1977 . IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolution 3187 being a resolution of salary schedule and compensation plan for the fiscal year 1975-76, and rescinds Resolution No. 3265, 3276, 3279, 3285, 3303, and 3313 .
