RESOLUTION NO. 3360 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3319 and 3337. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the memoranda of understanding from the Redlands Professional Fire Fighters Union Local No. 1354 I.A.F.F. and the Redlands Police Officers Association, Inc. , and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Redlands desires to make changes in the basic compensation for employees in other various classifications of employment; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the 27th day of June, 1977 . IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolution No. 3337. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of June—, 1977. � y CC, arl s, G.
