RESOLUTION NO. 3377 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3360 AND 3365 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the memoranda of understanding with the Redlands City Employees ' Association; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this reso- lution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the 27th day of June, 1977.
