A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3977 AND
NO. 3983 ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under
Ordinance No . 1089 to prepare , install, revise and maintain a position
classification plan and compensation plan covering all positions in
the competitive service .
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby amend
Resolution No. 3977 and No. 3983 as follows :
