A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4738,
ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under
Ordinance No. 1089 to prepare, install , revise and maintain a
position classification plan and compensation plan covering all
positions in the competitive service,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby
amend Resolution No. 4738 , effective June 10, 1991, as follows:
