This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for Code Enforcement
services ("Agreement"), dated July lb, 2024, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Willdan Engineering, a California corporation
("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 4th day of March, 2025.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically regarding Compensation to Consultant.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 5.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Compensation," is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Compensation: Total compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall
not exceed the amount of One Hundred Eight Five Thousand Dollars ($185,000). City shall pay
consultant on a time and materials basis up the the not to exceed amount in accordance with Exhibit
"B" title "Fee Schedule" which is attached hereto and incorporated herin by reference."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of March 4, 2025.
