A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING A
SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6078.
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under Ordinance No. 1089 to
prepare, install, revise and maintain a position classification and compensation plan covering all
positions in the competitive service,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWED:
The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes abasic compensation plan for all
officers and employees in all of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution;
THAT said classification and salary schedule are hereby incorporated and attached to this
resolution;
THAT said salary schedule and compensation plan shall be effective 11120/02_
