This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the Public Work Construction Contract
("Contract"), dated 2 1 " day of January, 2025, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Metrocell Construction Inc. ("Contractor") to
provide labor and materials to install guardrail systems,'is made and entered into this 7' day of
March, 2025.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically the opening paragraph stating the name of the contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Opening paragraph of the Agreement, entitled "Public Work Construction
Contract," is hereby amended to read as follows:
This Public Work Construction Contract ("Contract') is made and entered into this 2 1 ' day
of January, 2025, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, organized and
existing under the laws of the state of California (hereinafter "City"), and Metrocell Construction
Inc. a California corporation ("Contractor"). City and Contractor sometimes individually referred
to herein as a "Party" and, together, as the "Parties."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.

as of March 7, 2025.
