Home My WebLink About2133_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO, 2133 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS5 ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPEN— SATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES , AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO, 20360 WHEREASY the City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the administrative salary survey and all available data; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifi— cations of employment provided in this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorpor— ated and attached to this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan is to be effective for the fiscal year 1961-62 , starting the first day of July, 1961. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVEDo THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Resolution No. 2036, a resolution of Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan for the fiscal year 1960— ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1 day of F 1961. --- /S/ Charles C.
