Home My WebLink About2525_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2525 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 2485 AND 24.94. WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the administrative salary survey and all available data; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the 16th day of June, 1966. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Res- olutions Nos. 2485 and 2494 being resolutions of Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan for the fiscal year 1966-67.
