HomeMy WebLinkAbout2554_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2554 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NO, 2525, 2534, and 2548. WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Redlands has considered the administrative salary survey and all avail- able data; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands here- by establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in any of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution; THAT said Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan shall be effective on the 16th day of September, 1966 . IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: THAT said resolution supersedes and rescinds Reso- lutions Nos . 2525, 2534, and 2548 being resolutions of Salary Schedule and Compensation Plan for the fiscal year 1966-67 .
