RESOLUTION NO. 4585 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4536, ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES. WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized and directed under Ordinance No. 1089 to prepare, install, revise and maintain a position classification and compensation plan covering all positions in the competitive service, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby establishes a basic compensation plan for all officers and employees in all of the classifications of employment provided in this resolution; THAT said classification and salary schedule are hereby incorporated and attached to this resolution; THAT said salary schedule and compensation plan shall be effective on the 30th day of October, 1989 .
