A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE TH',E. CONDUCTING OF A CLAELIFICATION AND
(COMPENSATION SURVEY OF ALL CITY aTLOYEBS IN TEE, CITY OF REDLANDS.
RESOLVED, that in order to further carryout a scientific personnel
policy the City Council of the City of Redlands do hereby
authorize J. K. CRAMER to conduct a classification and
compensation survey of all city employees, other than
elective officers, and to furnish information organized
in a scientific manner.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that J. K. Craver shall be awarded certain
expense money for his services, which expense money
shall be furnished by the City of Redlands for
necessary paper, Mimeographing, stenographic assistance,
and the amount of $P-.45 per trip for transportation
costs between Redlands and Los Angeles for the duration
of the survey. That the maximum expense money shall
not exceed the sum of $50.00.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the proposed scientific survey shall
be accomplished and completed within a period of
six months from the date of the passage of this
ordinance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly adopted. by the City Council of the City of Redlands
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day
of September, 1938.
