A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
IMPOSING A CITY SALES AND USE TAX OF 95/100 of 1%
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands as follows :
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council of
the City of Redlands that the City continue to cooperate
with the County of San Bernardino and other cities In
allocating a portion of taxes collected within this city
to the County of San Bernardino for the exclusive use in
payment towards one-half of the annual interest and princi-
pal indebtedness of the County of San Bernardino $8, 035, 000,00
Capital Outlay Building Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council
of the City of Redlands will amend its Ordinance No. 1072
being an ordinance regarding the Bradley Burns Uniform
Local Sales and Use Tax Law imposing a 95/100 of 1% tax,
pursuant to the provisions of Part 105 of Division 2 of
the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California4
