Section 1. On or about March 31, 1986, a Lien Agreement to Secure Construction of Public Improvements ("Lien Agreement") was entered into between the City and the then - owners of the real property located at 1001 Columbia Street, Redlands, CA 92374 ("Property") to guarantee the construction and payment of costs related to certain public improvements required in connection with the development of the Property. Said Lien Agreement was recorded in the Official Records of the County of San Bernardino on April 3, 1986 as Instrument No. 86-087418 against the Property as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. Section 2. The public improvements required in the Lien Agreement have been constructed and accepted by the City Engineer and the City Council has approved and accepted the public improvements as completed. Section 3. As required by the Lien Agreement, the City hereby releases the Lien Agreement as it pertains to the Property. Section 4. The City will record this Release of Public Improvement Lien in the Official Records of the County of San Bernardino.
