A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AUTHORIZING AGREE ENT FOR INSTALLATION
OF WATER LINE THROUGH ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND
SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to install
a water line through the right-of-way of the
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company
where it intersects with Mountain View Avenue,
Crossing No. 2U-5. 2; and
WHEREAS, this facility is necessary for the proper
operation of the domestic water sys.tem; and
WUEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway Company has prepared an agreement auth-
orizing this crossing;
BE IT THEREFORE NO14 RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Redlands does hereby approve this
agreement and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk
to sign the same on behalf of the City.
