A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS DESIGNATING THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO
AS ITS AGENT FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS FOR ACTIONS
UNDER THE REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: The City Council hereby designates the
County of San Bernardino to receive service of process for
any and all actions brought against the Citv of Redlands
under Article 2 , Chapter 5 , Part 9, Division 1 of the
California Revenue and Taxation Code and retains San Bernardino
County Counsel to represent the City of Redlands at the fee
structure set forth in the letter from Alan K. Marks dated
January 28 , 1983 .
SECTION TWO: The City Clerk is hereby directed to send
a certified copy of this resolution to the San Bernardino County
Clerk .
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED tlAs- 3rd day of May, 1983 .
