RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tt"E
CITY OF REDLANDS$ CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING
THAT CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER WORK BE DONE
r : UNDER THE DIRECTION AND TO THE SATIS-
FACTION OF THE CITY ENGINEER.
WHEREAS, heretofore on this date, this City
Council of the City of Redlands has adopted its Resolution
No. _ ordering certain sanitary sewer work, said
work being more particularly described in its Resolution
No. 656 and shown on plans (which include profiles and
detailed drawings ) , designated "Plan No. 1949- l" on file
in the office of the City Clerk of said City, and described

1-n specifications designated "Standard Specifications No.

1949-1", also on file; in the. os "icc, of said City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that said work shall be
done under the direction and to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer, and that the materials used shall comply
with said specifications and be to the satisfaction of
said City Engineer instead of the Superintendent of Streets
of said City;
NOW, TTTEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Redlands , California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows :

Section 1. That this City Council hereby directs
work shall be done under the direction of and to
