WHEREAS, the City if the City of Redlands, at its

its Resolution No. 841 finding tine construction of a sanitary sewer
in a portion of Olive Avenue between Alvarado Street and Grant
Street , necessary as a health measure;

SECTION 2. That said proposed work of improvements is,
in the opinion of the City Council of said City, of wore than
local or ordinary public benefit , and said Council hereby pro-
