consisting of sheets numbered l� to 2, both inalasive,
and sp®cifidatione designated "Standare Specifications
NO. 1949-1e providing for the construction of certain
sanitary sewir work` in the City of Redlands have been pre-
sented to this City Council and Proceedings for ,the con-
atrutio� f said wore to be taken.uuder t Improvement
Act of l9ll; and
WHEREAS, an a8ses3ment. district..asap da i

"Map of Assessment District No- 1949,1e'p showi - 'tho
boundaries of the territory benefited by said proposed
WOrk.x and to be assessed therefor, has been presented to
this City Council;Aand examined; and
the estimated cost or . said work has
been filed with this City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Gity_ Council of the City of
Redlands, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,. DMRM2XE ANDORDER as follows ;
Section 1. That said plans and specifications
are hereby approved and ordered filed in the office of
the City Clerk*

Section 2. That said assessment district map
Is hereby approved and ordered filed in the office of
the City Clerk.
Section 3. That the Health Officer of the County
Of San Bernardino and for the City of Redlands be, and he
hereby is requested, to determine whether the construction
Of said work set forth in said plans and specifications is
necessary as a health measure and if proceedings therefor
under the Improvement Act of 1911 are necessary as a health
measure , as provided in Section 2848 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California.
