RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWER WORK,
APPROVING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MAP AND RE-
QUESTING RECOMMENDATION OF HEALTH OFFICER.
WHEREAS, plans designated "Plan No . 1949.2"
consisting of sheets numbered I to 2, both inclusive,
and specifications designated "Standard Specifications
No . 1949-21" providing for the construction of certain
sanitary sewer work in the City of Redlands have been pre-
sented to this City Council and proceedings for the con-
struction of said work are to be taken under the Improvement
Act of 2911 ; and
WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated
"Map of Assessment District No. 1949-2", showing the
boundaries of the territory benefited by said. proposed
work and to be assessed therefor, has been presented to
this City Council and examined; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said work has
been filed with this City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Redlands, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETE13MINE AND
ORDER as follows
Section 1 . That said plans and specifications
are hereby approved and ordered filed in the office of
the City Clerk.
Section 2 . That said assessment district map
is hereby approved and ordered filed in the office of
the City Clerk,
Section 3. That the Health Officer of the County
of San Bernardino and for the City of Redlands be, and he
hereby is requested, to determine whether the construction
of said work set forth in said plans and specifications is
necessary as a health measure and if proceedings therefor
under the Improvement .qct of 1911 are necessary as a health
measure , as provided in Section 28018 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this ' day of
1949.
