PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIED MAGES FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWER IN A PORTION OF
OLIVE AVENUE BE'IVI;,,N ALVARADO STREET AND GRANT
STREET, IN TH`E CITY OF REDLANDS.
WHER A6, the City Council of the City of Redlands has found and
determined that the public necessity exists for the construction of a
sanitary sewer and appurtenant facilities in a portion of Olive Avenue between
Alvarado Street and Grant Street in the City of Redlands and that such
construction is necessary as a health measure and said City Council has
initiated proceedings pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911;

REDLANDSs
That, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor
+` Code of the State of California, the City Council of the City of Redlands
has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages applicable
to the work, and a schedule of said per diem ware rates is attached here-
to and shall apply to any and all work done in connection with the construction
of a sanitary sewer and appurtenant thereto in a portion of Olive Avenue
between 1ilvarado Street and Grant Street.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 7th day of November 1956.
