RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTRBLISHING
RATES AND CHARGES OF THE SEWER DIVISIOR OS MOVIDED BY SECTION OUR,
ORDINANCE 948, AND RESCIND NG RESOLUTIONS 2426, 2489 AND 2567
Be it resolved by the City Councii of the City 0i Redlands that the
sewer rates and charges effective on or after October 6, 1970 shall be
as follows :
Section 1-
(a) Domestic Rates; Al? dwelling units , including single family
residences, apartments , hotel accommodations and mobile homes,
having cooking faciiities shall be charged the sum of $V50 per
month.
(b) Each dwelling unit without cooking facilities shall be
charged the sum Of $ .50 per month.
(c) Each school shall pay a 8ewer rental fee according to the
following schedule: the sum of $5. 00 per month during the
school term for each 100 &D,A� or part thereof computed on the
previous year' s attendance,
Q Each business establi8hment, manufacturing plant, commercial
house, industrial building or plant shall pay the following rates
for each sewer connection based on the amount of water con8ump-
tion of said premises payable monthly as foilows :
First 1250 cubic feet, or fraction thereof, the sum of
two dollars �$2 . 00) .
1.250 cubic feet to 2000 cubic feet, the sum of three
dollars and twenty cents Q3 , 20) , and for each addition-
al 1000 cubic feet or fraction thereof, an additional
charge of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1. 25) will
be made,
The above unit rate being bas8d on one hundred percent of the es-
timated cost for sewage treatment, and disposal per Mc
(e) Club buildings and meeting places shall be charged on the

same basis as coercial houses, business establishments and
industrial buildings or plants .,
(f) The rental rate KOr commercial houses and small industries
maintaining yard space and landscaping will be based on the
average water usage nor the month of December and the following
month of January, this basis to be established annually,
(q) For each church the sum of one dollar and fifty cents ($1. 50)
per month. This section includes churches only and not parson-
ages, which shall be charged at the regular residential rate,
Section 2.
(a) outside Rates: S&v7er services provided to facilities that
are not within the Redlands City Lim-3 -ts shall be charged a
monthly rate that shall be double the amount as outlined in
Section 1.
