RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COQ,-MCITL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING RATES
AND MHARGES OF THE SEWER DIVISION AS PROVIDED BY SECTION FOUR, ORDINANCE
NV 94S, AND RESCINDIMG RESOLUTION NO, 2917
BE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that the
sewer rates and charges effective on or after April 1 , 1975, shall be as
foliows ,
SECTION GM,
(a) Domestic Rate8i Ali dwelling units, including single family
residences, apartments, hotel accommodations and mobile homes,
having cooking facilities shall be charged the sum of $2. 25 per
month.
Q Each dwelling unit without cooking facilities shall be charged
tne sum of $ . 75 per montV
(c) Each school shall pay a sewer rental fee according to the fol--
lowing schedule: the sum of $7. 50 per month during the school term
for each 100 A &0, or part thereof, computed an the previous year ' s
attendance,
(d) Each buGiness establishmenn, manufacturing plant, commercial
house, industrial building or plant shall pay the following rates
for each sewer connection based on the amount of water consumption
of said premises payable monthly as follows ,
The 8uza of two dollars and fifteen cents ($2 ,15) for each
1000 cuhic feet or fraction thereof,
The above unit rate is based on one hundred percent of the estimated
cost for sewage treatment and disposal per M&
(e) Club buildings and meeting places shall be charged on the same
basis as commercial houses, business establishments and industrial
buildings or piants
(f) T--he rental rate for commercial houses and small industries
maintaining yard space and landscaping will be based on the average
water usage for the month of December and the following month of
january, this basis to be estahlished annually,
(g) For each church the sum of two dollars and twenty-five cents
QMS) per month. This section includes churches only, and not
parsonages, which shall be charged at the regular re8idential rate,
SECTION IWO ,
(a) Outside Rates: Sewer services provided to facilities that
are not within the Redlands City Limits shall be charged a
monthly rate that all be do0ble the amount as outlined in Sec-,
tion One.
