Pursuant to Resolution No. 7257 authorizing an application for the Household
Hazardous Waste Grant Program,the City Council of the City of Redlands has designated the
Fire Chief as the designated Signature Authority for the City of Redlands. The Redlands Fire
Chief, or his designee is authorized by Resolution No. 7257 to execute on behalf of City of
Redlands all grant documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements,
amendments and requests for payment, necessary to secure grant funds and implement the
approved Grant Project for this grant.
This delegation is effective as long as the Resolution is in effect. The current Fire Chief is
identified below:
