AIJTHORIZING THE MAYOR ANI ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO
EXECUTE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AINY ACTIONS
NECESSARY FOR TRE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING FEDERAL FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows:
Sectioril. That the Mayor of the City of Redlands, and any member of the Redlands City
Council, is authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Redlands, a public entity
established under the laws of the State of Califortfia, any documents necessary for the purpose of
Obtaining federal financial assistance provided by the federal Department of Homeland Security
and sub-granted through the State of California,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3d day of September, 2013.
