A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING RONALD C. MUTTER, CITY ENGINEER,
TO ACT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY IN THE EXECUTION OF
CERTAIN DOCUMENTS RELATED TO APPLICATION FOR GRANTS UNDER
STATE SENATE BILL SB 300
WHEREAS, Redlands, California, is desirous to apply for
State-Local Transportation Partnership Program State Share Funds
(SB 300) ; and
WHEREAS, the state requires the City Council to designate on
their behalf an individual to submit applications for such funds;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Redlands as follows:
SECTION 1. That Ronald C. Mutter, City Engineer, is hereby
authorized, effective June 26, 1990, to act for and on behalf of
Redlands in the execution of applications for State-Local
Transportation Partnership Program State Share Funds (SB 300) .
SECTION 2 . That Ronald C. Mutter, City Engineer, is hereby
authorized to submit applications for State-Local Transportation
Partnership Program State Share funds (SB 300) .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of July, 1990.
