A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS HELD
WITH BANK OF AMERICA AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6672
WHEREAS, the Redlands, California branch of Bank of America is the authorized
depository of City funds; and
WHEREAS, Bank of America requires a resolution by the City Council authorizing
designated account signers; and
WHEREAS, recent changes in personnel necessitate that Judy Jacobson, Interim Revenue
Manager, be removed as a designated account signer; and
WHEREAS, Bank of America requires the list of City authorized signers be updated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS as follows:
Section 1. That Judy Jacobson be removed as an authorized signer on all accounts held with
Bank of America and that the authorized signers on all accounts, warrants, and checks shall be the
following individuals:
Tina T. Kundig -- Finance Director/City Treasurer
Thomas T. Steele -- Assistant Finance Director
Karin Grance -- Revenue Manager
Section 2. That Resolution No. 6672 is hereby rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of March, 2009_
