A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPOINTING SMALL CLAIMS COURT REPRESENTATIVES AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6324
WHEREAS, the Small Claims Division of San Bernardino County Superior Court
requires the City to designate a representative to act for the City and in the City's behalf in Small
Claims Court;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Tina Kundig, City Treasurer and City Finance Director; Deborah Scott-
Leistra, City Human Resources Director; Charles Millett, City Business License Inspector;
Kimberlee J. Braun, City Administrative Analyst, and Karin Grance, Revenue Manager, are
hereby designated and authorized to represent and appear on behalf of the City of Redlands in
the lawful process of any and all small claims actions filed for, or against, the City of Redlands
in Small Claims Court. Such persons are not employed solely for the purpose of representing the
City.
Section 2. Resolution No, 6324 of the City Council of the City of Redlands is hereby
rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7 1h day of April, 2009.
