A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPOINTING SMALL CLAIMS COURT REPRESENTATIVES
WHEREAS, the Small Claims Court of San Bernardino County Municipal Court District
requires the City to designate a representative to act for the City and in the City's behalf in Small
Claims Court;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section. 1, Michael Reynolds, the City Treasurer, and Harry Smeader, the City's Business
License Inspector, are hereby recognized and designated as suitable individuals to represent and
appear for the City of Redlands in the lawful process for any and all small claims filed in Small
Claims Court. Such persons are not employed solely for the purpose of representing the City.
Section 2. Resolution No. 5123 of the City Council of the City of Redlands is hereby
rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of January, 1996.
