A RESOLUTION OF THE CIW OF DLANDS CLARIFYIMG AND
REAFFIRMED THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PTUAN FOR
THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINIO
WHEREAS on August 5, 1975, the City Council of the City of
Redlands adopted Resolution No. 3195 approving the proposed San
Bernardino County Solid Waste Management Plan7 and
WHEREAS certain questions have arisen regarding interpreta-
tion of said resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands hereby clarifies and reaffirms its intent that
Resolution Nov 3195 be construed as expressing the city - s approval
of the proposed San Bernardino County: Solid Waste Manaqemeint Plan;
for purposes of Government Code Sect'-on 66780
