RESOLVED by the CitJ Council of the City of Redianas,
California, that the grant of an easement for a public grade
crossing over the Southern Pacific Cori-ipanyls track and right of
way at Sylvan Boulevard, Lot 7, Lot 6, Chicago Colony Reservation,
has been offered by the Southern Pacific Comparqj , Grantor, to the
City of Redlands, Grantee; said granting instrutaent. dated April
1956, being attached hereto;

BE IT FURTHER RE601JVED Atij) ORI.tERED that the Mlayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to accept said grant on behalf of the said
City of Redlands .
