RESOLD ION NO. 5782
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
SETTING PRIORITIES FOR FILING A WRITTEN ARGUMENT REGARDING
ASURE
WHEREAS, a special mGinicipal election is to be held in the City of Redlands on
Tuesday, November 7 2000, at which time there will be submitted to the voters the following
measures:
"Shall Ordinance No. , establishing a mining tax,be adopted?"
NOW, THERE RE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does
resolve, declare, determin and order as follows:
SECTION ONE: That t City Council authorizes

members of that body, to file a written argum t regarding the City measure as specified above
in accordance with Article 4, Chapter 3, Div isio of the California Elections Code and to
change the argument until and including the date ed by the City Clerk after which no
arguments for or against the City measure may be submit d to the City Clerk.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18tht day of July, 2000.
