HomeMy WebLinkAbout4400_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4400 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS LEVYING A SPECIAL TAX FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1988-89 WHEREAS, the qualified voters of the City of Redlands approve Measure 0 on November 3, 1987, which incurred bonded indebtedness for the acquisition of park , recreation and open space land; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows: SECTION ONE: There shall be levied on all taxable property in the City of Redlands, California, for the fiscal year 1988-89 a special tax on each one hundred dollars ($100 .00) of the assessed value of such property to fund six hundred twenty-two thousand, six hundred ninety-eight dollars and seventy-five cents ($622,698 .75) for the General Obligation Bond Series, 1988-A (Measure 0) . SECTION TWO: This resolution shall take effect and be in ford immediately upon its passage and approval. SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
